2. Made-to-Order Products

All jewelry items at Aabharana are made to order. This means:

• Each piece is handcrafted after you place your order
• Please allow up to one week (7 days) for your jewelry to be crafted before shipping
• Processing time may vary slightly based on order volume
• Once crafting begins, the design cannot be altered

3. Order Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Aabharana occurs when we dispatch your order.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
• Payment must be completed at the time of order
• We use secure payment gateways to process all transactions

5. Shipping

• Orders are shipped after the crafting process is complete (up to 1 week)
• Shipping time is in addition to the processing time
• You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched
• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999

6. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order:

• After shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled

Please note that as our products are made to order, we encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before ordering.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we have a limited refund policy:

• Refunds are only provided if the product arrives damaged
• You must report damage within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Photos of the damage must be provided for verification
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
